What You’ll Do as a Danis Project Manager:

• Lead with Vision: Set project objectives and standards, partnering with Project Executives to ensure alignment with company policies and goals.
• Deliver Excellence: Oversee all aspects of construction, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and beyond client expectations.
• Mentor & Guide: Lead project meetings, provide direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions, and mentor and develop project engineers.
• Master the Financials: Manage budgets, costs, billing, and cash flow while driving profitability and fostering strong client relationships.
• Ensure Safety & Compliance: Implement safety programs, maintain precise documentation, and minimize schedule risks.

What You Bring to the Role:

• A bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• A proven track record with 10+ years of project management experience, focusing on self-perform General Contracting in healthcare, life sciences, and industrial sectors.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing commercial and institutional projects ($10M+).
• Expertise in managing complex processes, driving success, and solving challenges with innovative thinking.
• Financial savvy, with the ability to optimize budgets and build lasting client relationships.
